Movement supplies the game input
Marchh starts with activity in the physical world. Accepted GPS samples represent a walking or running route and support information such as distance, duration and pace.
Location is not a decorative theme layered onto a generic points system. The actual geometry of supported movement can determine whether there is an area to evaluate for territory.
The map supplies visible consequence
When a route closes and passes current eligibility checks, the covered area can become virtual territory associated with an account. This adds spatial strategy and exploration to the activity experience.
Territory can interact with a shared map and may change through conflicts or integrity rules. It does not promise a reward, prize, health result or real property interest.
Broader than one activity type
The location-based category includes both walking and running rather than focusing only on one pace or use case. Someone might choose familiar blocks, explore connected public streets or design a safe loop around a broader area.
The GPS walking and running pages explain those modes individually. This page instead explains how movement, tracking, exploration, territory and shared interaction form one category-level experience.
Fitness without medical promises
Marchh can make movement feel game-like through map state, but it does not guarantee motivation, performance improvement, calories burned or another health outcome.
Use appropriate navigation and professional health guidance separately when needed. Marchh is not an emergency, medical, rescue or turn-by-turn navigation service.
Questions people ask
Does every activity create territory?
No. A completed activity does not guarantee a claim. Route geometry, location quality, activity integrity, territory conflicts and other Marchh validation rules can affect eligibility.
Is Marchh territory real property?
No. Marchh territory is entirely virtual. It creates no ownership, possession, access permission or other legal right over a physical place.
