What Marchh is built to do
Movement apps often describe where someone went. Marchh asks what that movement can change. A person starts a walk or run, Marchh records accepted GPS samples, and a route that returns around to close may define an eligible covered area.
The result is a map-first experience built around exploration, route choice and shared virtual territory. Distance, duration and pace remain useful context, but territory is the product's defining consequence.
Move, close and claim
Move means taking Marchh into the real world for a walk or run. Close means bringing the route back around so its geometry can enclose an area. Claim means an eligible enclosed area can become virtual territory after Marchh applies location-quality, integrity and conflict rules.
The three steps are intentionally simple to understand, while successful territory creation is never automatic. Marchh may reject inaccurate, implausible, duplicated or manipulated activity information.
An independently operated service
Marchh is an independently operated digital service based in India. That description comes from Marchh's current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; Marchh does not present an unverified corporate identity on this page.

Questions people ask
Does every activity create territory?
No. A completed activity does not guarantee a claim. Route geometry, location quality, activity integrity, territory conflicts and other Marchh validation rules can affect eligibility.
Is Marchh territory real property?
No. Marchh territory is entirely virtual. It creates no ownership, possession, access permission or other legal right over a physical place.
