For sign-in, account access, activity recording, GPS behavior, territory outcomes or other technical problems, email support@diplotix.com. Include the Marchh version, iPhone model and iOS version when they are relevant to reproducing a technical issue.
Describe what happened and what you expected. Avoid sending passwords or full credentials. A concise activity identifier or approximate time can be more useful than attaching private location history without being asked.
Privacy and data requests
Use support@diplotix.com for questions about personal data or a privacy request. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Marchh may process, why location is used, public features and available account controls.
A request may require reasonable verification before account information is disclosed or changed. Do not email more identity documentation than support specifically requests.
Safety, moderation and conduct
Report suspected harassment, unsafe conduct, impersonation, manipulated activity or other Community Guidelines concerns to the verified support address. Use in-product reporting or blocking controls where available.
Marchh is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service when someone is in immediate danger, and do not delay urgent help while waiting for an email response.
