1. Respect Other People
Treat other people with respect.
Do not bully, harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, repeatedly target, or encourage abuse of another person.
Winning, losing, claiming, overlapping, or interacting with Marchh territory never justifies attacking the person associated with that territory.
Do not organize harassment against another user.
2. Hateful Conduct
Do not promote hatred or violence against people based on protected or personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics protected by applicable law.
3. Threats and Violence
Content involving credible threats of serious physical harm is prohibited.
Do not threaten to injure another person or encourage serious violence.
Do not use territory ownership, route information, profile information, or other Marchh features to threaten or physically confront someone.
We may take immediate action against serious threats or credible safety risks.
4. Protection of Minors
Marchh is an 18+ service.
Sexual exploitation, child sexual-abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or other exploitative sexual behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Where appropriate or legally required, serious suspected exploitation may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Sexual Content and Harassment
Do not use Marchh to distribute pornography, explicit sexual material, sexual exploitation, or unsolicited sexually explicit content.
Sexual harassment and unwanted sexual comments directed at another user are prohibited.
6. Privacy
Respect other people's privacy.
Do not publish or expose another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
This includes private home addresses, personal phone numbers, financial information, passwords, private documents, confidential communications, or other information that could expose somebody to harassment, fraud, or physical risk.
Do not use Marchh territory information or Social functionality to stalk, identify, locate, or confront another user in the physical world.
7. Physical Safety and Trespassing
Never put yourself or another person in danger for Marchh.
Do not encourage trespassing, entry into restricted property, unsafe road crossing, dangerous climbing, accessing railway infrastructure, interfering with traffic, or other risky activity to create or claim territory.
Marchh territories are virtual.
They never provide permission to enter private, restricted, dangerous, or unlawful locations.
8. Fair Play
Marchh should reward genuine movement.
Do not falsify activities or territory claims through GPS spoofing, fake-location tools, automated movement, fabricated routes, device manipulation, deliberately falsified sensor data, coordinated fake accounts, duplicated activity abuse, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
Do not help other people cheat.
Marchh may reject suspicious activities or take action against accounts involved in deliberate manipulation.
9. Impersonation
Do not impersonate another individual, organization, business, or Marchh representative in a misleading manner.
Do not create accounts designed to deceive users about your identity or affiliation.
Parody or commentary should not be presented in a way that is reasonably likely to deceive users into believing it is an official account.
10. Spam, Scams and Deception
Do not use Marchh for spam, phishing, scams, fraudulent promotions, malicious links, fake giveaways, financial fraud, artificial engagement, or deceptive schemes.
Do not repeatedly publish irrelevant or unwanted content.
Do not use automated systems to create abusive engagement or accounts.
11. Unlawful Activity
Do not use Marchh to facilitate activity that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
Do not use Marchh to arrange or promote transactions involving prohibited goods or services.
12. Intellectual Property
Only publish content that you created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to share.
Do not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
If you believe Marchh content infringes rights that you own, contact:
Include enough information for us to understand the concern and identify the relevant content.
13. Security and Service Abuse
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Marchh systems, user accounts, backend infrastructure, databases, APIs, or security controls.
Do not distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities for harmful purposes, overload the service, bypass restrictions, scrape Marchh without authorization, or interfere with normal service operation.
If you discover a potential security problem, report it privately to:
Do not exploit the issue against Marchh users.
14. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Community Guidelines, use Marchh's in-app Report functionality where available.
Reports may be reviewed to determine whether content or an account violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
For a serious concern that cannot appropriately be handled through the in-app reporting feature, contact:
When reporting by email, provide enough information to identify the relevant account or content.
Do not send passwords or authentication credentials.
15. Blocking
Marchh provides blocking functionality for supported Social interactions.
Blocking can restrict interactions and Social visibility between accounts.
Certain public territory information may remain visible after a block because territory ownership is part of Marchh's shared map experience rather than private communication between two users.
Blocking does not give either person permission to harass or contact the other through other means.
16. Enforcement
We may review content or accounts brought to our attention through reports, safety complaints, security systems, or other reasonable means.
Depending on the nature, severity, context, and history of a violation, action may include removing content, restricting visibility, limiting functionality, restricting interactions, releasing territory obtained through abuse, temporarily suspending an account, or permanently terminating access to Marchh.
Not every report will result in action.
Repeated violations may result in increasingly serious restrictions.
Serious violations involving credible threats, exploitation, fraud, security abuse, or unlawful activity may result in immediate action.
17. Reporting Abuse
Do not intentionally abuse the reporting system to harass another user or attempt to remove legitimate content merely because you disagree with someone.
Good-faith reports that do not ultimately result in enforcement are not considered abuse.
18. Territory Conflicts
Marchh territory is part of a digital game experience.
Do not confront, threaten, follow, intimidate, or retaliate against another person because they claimed, overlapped, or replaced a territory.
Do not treat Marchh territory as real-world property.
Physical confrontation over virtual territory may result in account action and may expose the people involved to real-world legal consequences.
19. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action against your content or account was made in error, you may contact:
Provide your Marchh username and enough context for us to identify the issue.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to review the matter.
We cannot guarantee that every moderation decision will be reversed.
20. Emergencies
Marchh is not an emergency service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services appropriate for your location.
Do not rely on Marchh reports or support email for emergency assistance.
21. Changes to These Guidelines
Marchh may update these Community Guidelines as the service develops or new safety concerns emerge.
The current version will always be available at:
