What genuine movement means
Record an activity you actually complete, using the device you carry through the route. Let Marchh evaluate the location samples produced by that activity.
Do not use fake-location tools, GPS spoofing, emulators used to falsify movement, device manipulation, automated travel or deliberately falsified sensor data.
Keep each activity authentic
Do not duplicate, replay or coordinate fabricated activities to obtain territory. Do not use fake accounts or exploit software bugs to create a result that did not come from genuine movement.
Marchh may reject suspicious activity, release territory obtained through abuse, restrict functionality or take account action when deliberate manipulation is detected.
Why checks stay private
Marchh can evaluate GPS accuracy, plausibility, route geometry, duplication and other integrity signals. Publishing exact thresholds would help manipulation and would turn changing technical rules into misleading promises.
A rejected activity is not proof of wrongdoing: ordinary GPS problems can also affect results. Support can review a technically incorrect outcome when given enough non-sensitive detail to identify the activity.
Compete without hostility
Territory can change ownership. That is a map mechanic, not a reason to harass, threaten or confront another person.
Use in-app reporting where available for suspected abuse. Do not organize retaliation or abuse the reporting system merely because a legitimate territory result is unwelcome.
Questions people ask
Does Marchh publish its anti-abuse thresholds?
No. Exact integrity thresholds are not published because they could enable manipulation and may change as the service develops.
Can poor GPS look like invalid movement?
Poor location quality can affect an activity. Marchh may reject points or claims that do not meet technical integrity requirements even when there was no deliberate abuse.
